Merry Christmas!

Thank to everyone who has been following my great adventure and supporting me, especially those who have been posting comments. I have really enjoyed all of the banter and encouragement as it keeps me going. I must say that Jim P's post last night had me laughing well into the night.

Take care, enjoy the day, and do not be alarmed if you do not see Spot moving today. I intended to sneak it on Santa's sleigh last night to track him on my web site but fell asleep and missed him. Maybe next year.

Merry Christmas to all! Kevin and I took Eve for a long walk on the beach today, then came back and read the Blog and rolled at Jim P's post ...

We will do our family calls today and just chill a bit.

After 7 days on the Cope Training/Diet Plan, Kevin has ridden 391 miles and Theresa 255 miles. We have tracked our calories consumed/burned and mathematically I should have lost 5lbs. There are no scales so the real results will have to wait until we are back home.

Merry Christmas Steve, to you and your travel mates! This is Bob, the campground host in Comstock Texas and I've been following you since you were here. Great website! I grew up in Alabama and my family vacationed to Gulf Shores every year. I have now seen the beaches of the East and West coasts of the USA, beaches of the Mediterranean, and of Scandinavia and I still think the beach where you are is the prettiest I've ever seen. I'm happy for you that you ended up there for Christmas. May you have a wonderful adventure on to St. Augustine.

May God continue to bless you, Bob White
